MEET THE CEO

​

Christine Guerra founded Financial Education Alliance in 2017 after working as a Financial Benefits Counselor for over a decade.  Ms Guerra graduated as a Ronald McNair scholar from Southern Illinois University Carbondale with bachelors degrees in Political Science and Philosophy.  Her career in public service began at the Paul Simon Public Policy Institute and continued with a position as the Executive Legislative Assistant for the late  Representative Eddie Washington of the 60th district.   Notably she has worked for current US Senator Richard Durban’s Veterans Affairs Department.  Christine’s career as a professional benefits consultant began in 2009 and over the years she has advanced with certifications in Paralegal Studies and licenses in Life and Health Insurance in several states throughout the country.  She manages a team of consultants, mentors and is passionate about continuing to give back to the community.  Ms Guerra works tirelessly to assist businesses, individuals, and families in reaching their financial goals.

Mentorship

Positively impacting the next generation of benefits consultants is a priority of the CEO and organization as a whole which is why we offer internship opportunities licensing , individuals in Life insurance and investments.  The program is developed to teach the pillars of entrepreneurship and is available to individuals of all ages throughout the nation.  

Community Outreach

Giving back to the community is a priority of the organization which is why we participate in networking events and host discussions educating the community on the significance of financial independence.  Schools, libraries, clubs, and businesses are welcome to request a talk or a a workshop.
